Pearl of the East Plaza is a comprehensive fashion and leisure shopping center that combines dining and entertainment. Located in Rowland Heights, Southern California—a hub for the Chinese community—the 140,000-square-foot plaza features a variety of Taiwanese and Cantonese cuisine, attracting 30 to 40 restaurants and other establishments.
